NEW SERVICE ROTATION STRING 1 / NORTHERN EUROPE - WEST COAST OF SOUTH AMERICA. 14/07/2011

Dear Customers, 

We hereby inform you that MSC and CSAV have reached a cooperation agreement for a joint operation in several trades, including our existing service between Northern Europe and the West Coast of South America. 

This agreement will allow us to expand our coverage in this market and to deliver a better service to our customers, continuing with our strong commitment to keep competitive services to all major trades. 

Thus, the  String 1 service will keep 8 ships of 5,000 teu calling weekly the following port rotation. 

Rotterdam - Antwerp - Felixstowe - Bremerhaven - Hamburg - Caucedo - Cartagena - Cristóbal - Balboa - Callao – Puerto Angamos - Coronel - San Antonio - Balboa – Cristóbal - Rotterdam. 

First Ship South Bound: 
M / V MSC LISA V.952A ETA Rotterdam on July 31, 2011. 

First Ship North Bound: 
M / V MSC ETA San Antonio LINZI V.948A the August 4, 2011. 

 As you can see, our transit times and frequency are not affected and we can offer new direct calls to the port of Hamburg. The main change will take place in central Chile, where during the month of August we will call the ports of Valparaiso and San Antonioand as from September we will only call San Antonio.
